Undergrad TA Positions

 The following are key skills the successful candidates will have: 

  • Strong oral and written communications skills including being comfortable presenting to a group of up to 60 people
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience
  • Confidence and ability to work both in a group and independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong time management
  • Successfully completed the course (or equivalent) and knowledge of core material
  • Candidates will be required to be available during at least one lab/AL time slot and conflict free from their own course load.  See application form for course specific time slots

Positions are 3-6 hours per week, for 12 - 14 weeks in length.  All necessary training will be included in the position, but it is assumed that the applicant has knowledge of the course subject when applying.

 

Positions are posted August and November each year.
